The mango and turmeric give this smoothie a wonderful colour as well as reducing inflammation in the brain and body a common occurrence in poor physical and mental health.
>> Ingredients (per person)
1/2 Cup of Gluten Free Oats
1/2 Cup Diced frozen mango
1/2 a Banana
1/2 Cup coconut milk from a can
1 Cup your favourite milk alternative (I love coconut milk drink)
1 Teaspoon Coconut Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon ground dried Turmeric
Pinch of sea salt

Simply add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until it’s the consistency you like. I like mine silky smooth so blend it for a longer.
