The sunniest start to your day full of fruit and oat goodness, rich and contrasting textures, a delight to brighten any grey day.

Ingredients (per person)

1/4 cup gluten free oats

1/2 fresh mango

½ cup coconut milk

1/2 teaspoon coconut sugar

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

Toppings
A selection of sunny tropical fruits, sliced banana, blueberries, toasted nuts and coconut.

Add the ingredients to a food processor and blitz until a smooth but thick consistency, add a little water or your favourite milk alternative if it’s too thick.

Serve topped with sunny fruits and crunchy nuts and enjoy that sunny feeling even if it’s grey outside. Close your eyes and head back to a tropical beach.
